About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage large accounts and build long-term strategic partnerships to increase market share for the Electrophysiology product range
- Interact with purchasing groups, hospital administration, key decision makers, and governmental bodies
- Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to identify sales opportunities and manage the sales funnel
- Use data and reports from tools like PowerBI and Salesforce to derive insights and drive business growth
- Work with the Country Manager and Financial Controller to identify and execute margin improvement plans
- Negotiate complex deals with medical centers and influence high-level decision-making
- Prospect strategic customers and detractors using an entrepreneurial mindset
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of relevant therapies, products, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales or business analysis role
- Strong negotiation and influence skills with the ability to interact with hospital C-suite executives
- Proven financial and business analysis capacity, including knowledge of pricing strategies
- Knowledge of Bid & Tender processes and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions including sales, legal, and finance
