About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage large accounts and build long-term strategic partnerships to increase market share for the Electrophysiology product range
  • Interact with purchasing groups, hospital administration, key decision makers, and governmental bodies
  • Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to identify sales opportunities and manage the sales funnel
  • Use data and reports from tools like PowerBI and Salesforce to derive insights and drive business growth
  • Work with the Country Manager and Financial Controller to identify and execute margin improvement plans
  • Negotiate complex deals with medical centers and influence high-level decision-making
  • Prospect strategic customers and detractors using an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of relevant therapies, products, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales or business analysis role
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills with the ability to interact with hospital C-suite executives
  • Proven financial and business analysis capacity, including knowledge of pricing strategies
  • Knowledge of Bid & Tender processes and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions including sales, legal, and finance
