About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets
  • Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share for the Hospicare division
  • Promote division products in alignment with established strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists
  • Conduct effective field work and report daily activities via assigned online systems
  • Meet established norms for call average, coverage, and frequency coverage

Requirements

  • BSc or B. Pharma degree
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (candidates with experience in the same therapy or from MNCs/top Indian pharma companies are preferred)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently without direct day-to-day supervision
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time
