Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders at major financial institutions.
  • Design tailored, enterprise-grade solutions by collaborating with internal sales, product, and delivery teams.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts and complex deal structures.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive account expansion and long-term profitability.
  • Serve as a client advocate to influence product roadmaps and solution strategies based on market demands.
  • Represent FICO as a trusted advisor, staying ahead of industry trends in analytics and decisioning.

Requirements

  • Proven senior-level experience managing strategic relationships within large financial institutions.
  • Expertise in enterprise solution sales, including structuring and closing complex SaaS-based deals.
  • Deep industry knowledge in banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, or consumer lending.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to maintain close client partnerships.
  • Strong resiliency and the ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience applying technologies such as machine learning, AI, decision management, and optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth within marquee, cornerstone client accounts.
