About the role

Responsibilities

  • Review and follow up assigned Key Accounts for Softlines goods to ensure client requirements are met
  • Implement and measure KPIs to drive project delivery and QC result reliability
  • Maintain low client claim rates to enhance quality of service
  • Communicate with internal teams including sales, back-office, and frontline
  • Support pre-sales inquiries and client meetings with operations experts
  • Educate self on industry requirements and transfer knowledge to team members
  • Lead a structure of Supervisors and Specialists

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Textile, Garment, Supply Chain, or related major
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, and process improvement
  • Excellent spoken English skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Macros and VBA
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
