Responsibilities

• Design and implement process improvements and tools to increase team productivity and report accuracy
• Attend onsite inspections to monitor inspector performance and adherence to client standards
• Prepare and deliver training sessions for inspectors on client-specific processes and reporting requirements
• Translate client requirements into clear operational instructions and checklists for internal teams
• Track KPIs to monitor the impact of actions and drive improvements
• Support ad-hoc projects such as quality assurance initiatives and digitalization pilots
• Champion an AI-first mindset by promoting the use of AI tools and technologies in day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Textile, Apparel, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• Relevant academic or internship experience in Softline (apparel, textiles, footwear)
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel regularly to client sites and factory locations
• Analytical mindset with ability to map processes and analyze data
• Strong interpersonal skills for training inspectors and internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with inspection/reporting tools or basic QA/QC practices
• Experience creating training materials or delivering workshops
• Basic data analysis skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Local language skills in Chinese or Vietnamese
• Enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications in operations
