- Automate tracker and KPI tools for the Key Accounts team
- Review audit reports and send alert emails regarding non-conformities
- Support the KA Leader in structuring projects and implementing KPIs
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure client detail accuracy
- Promote an AI-first mindset by adopting AI tools to improve efficiency
- Conduct gap analysis and workflow reviews to reduce duplication and waste
