Key Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on key client portfolios by country to develop long-term strategic relationships
• Identify customer needs and transform them into value-driven solutions and commercial opportunities
• Meet sales forecasts and targets to ensure profitable and sustained growth
• Execute commercial plans effectively, ensuring product availability, visibility, and activation
• Monitor promotions, product launches, commercial negotiations, and point-of-sale activities
• Prepare periodic reports to facilitate decision-making and provide performance visibility
• Conduct quarterly and annual planning, including projections and growth scenarios
• Coordinate internally with Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical Service teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or key account management
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with analytical tools
• Knowledge of modern retail, self-service, and retail channels
• Fluent conversational English is indispensable
• Ability to work onsite in Mexico City

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP and Salesforce
• Knowledge of export legislation
