Responsibilities

  • Lead 360º Account Management (General Management) and Joint Business Plans for major partners, influencing store operations, technical integration, assortment, and pricing.
  • Maintain a macro channel vision to ensure strategies serve as benchmarks for the entire ecosystem.
  • Interpret large volumes of data and use AI tools to generate business insights, optimize processes, and predict consumption trends.
  • Manage investment budgets, negotiate exclusivity, and ensure portfolio profitability through consultative sales of the iFood ecosystem.
  • Connect with directors and senior stakeholders to align priorities and report national channel performance.
  • Act as a category leader and technical reference, influencing strategy beyond your own portfolio.

Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in Key Account Management, Category Management, or Product/Trade Management in retail.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in BI tools (Power BI/Looker).
  • Experience with productivity tools such as Slack and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical capacity for data storytelling and action planning.
  • High-level consultative negotiation experience with large retail networks.
  • Background in large retail, industry, or marketplace players.
  • Familiarity with AI applications or analytical process automation.
  • Residence in São Paulo or the surrounding region.
