About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive growth for the ice cream business within the proximity channel, specifically focusing on pharmacies and convenience stores.
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators including sales, margin, and inventory.
- Lead the execution of category plans, strategic activities, and priorities to exceed established objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client operations teams and central office stakeholders.
- Co-lead with Execution, Commercialization, and Customer Experience teams to ensure excellence at the point of sale.
- Manage and strategically control specific client commercial investments.
- Oversee financial management processes for accounts to ensure accurate portfolio handling.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in key account sales, preferably within the proximity channel (convenience or pharmacy).
- Strong negotiation and strategic influence skills to manage stakeholders and drive commercial results.
- High level of data literacy with the ability to make data-driven decisions to identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in impulse purchase categories.
- Experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business models.
