About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual business plans for key clients to ensure profitable growth.
- Manage strategic Sell In, Sell Out, and distribution strategies for Coleman, Contigo, and Bubba brands.
- Identify and open new B2B distribution channels, including hospitality, corporate accounts, and specialized sub-distributors.
- Negotiate commercial conditions, rebates, promotions, and exhibition spaces.
- Coordinate local billing and Direct Import (DI) processes from US and Asia plants.
- Monitor inventory health, rotation, and financial margins.
- Conduct field visits to clients and end-users to supervise and train distributor sales forces.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura concluida), preferably in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in B2B and B2C environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate English skills for regional coordination.
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time for field execution.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial metrics (Sell In, Sell Out, Margins).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI.
- Proficiency in SAP.
