Responsibilities

• Present and invite restaurants within the portfolio to participate in and invest in various marketing campaigns
• Pitch advertising products, services, and backend management systems to clients
• Collect feedback and prepare summary reports for assigned accounts to suggest improvements
• Manage essential sales and purchase documentation
• Coordinate internally to meet merchant needs and service requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience in sales or customer account management
• Experience in Key Account, Sales, CRM, Customer Support, Telesales, Delivery platforms, or E-commerce is a plus
• Strong understanding of technology and mobile applications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to solve immediate problems
• High level of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to perform cold calls and follow up on results persistently
