Key Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Educate, instruct, and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts within the Broward County territory
• Function as a liaison between clients and the Labcorp operations team to address specific needs
• Provide ongoing service, problem resolution, and account management for day-to-day client operations
• Ensure customer retention through superior service and timely issue resolution
• Upsell current book of business to drive organic growth and meet monthly goals
• Work closely with senior sales representatives to expand the book of business
• Provide continuous educational materials to the client base

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to travel overnight as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in outside account management or sales
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience using Salesforce
