About the role

Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives according to the budget for each business line.
  • Manage distributors and clients to achieve sales targets and contract consumption (sell-out) objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with therapy specialists to ensure demand generation and contract consumption.
  • Own and report key territory information, including product inventory levels, competitive activities, pricing, and market potential.
  • Develop positive relationships within assigned key accounts, ensuring access at all organizational levels.
  • Implement strategies to anticipate share of business in key accounts through integrated services and multi-year agreements.
  • Forecast demand by product line and coordinate with Marketing Execution.
  • Ensure full compliance with customer onboarding and contracting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Key Account Executive or working directly with distributors.
  • Proven sales or promotion experience in the private sector, specifically within medical devices or similar industries.
  • Solid understanding of contract management.
  • Availability to travel and work flexible hours.
