Key Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic, long-term trusting relationships with high-volume clients
• Deliver sales, profit, and other KPIs to achieve customer and company objectives
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account value
• Ensure client retention and maintain account activation
• Negotiate and handle objections for both internal and external customers
• Understand client needs to offer solutions and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Key Account Management (FMCG, SaaS, or B2B preferred)
• Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score 600+)
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, CRM systems, and MS Office
• Proven track record in strategic relationship management and revenue growth
• Consultative selling approach and customer-centric personality
