Key Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual commercial strategies and strategic plans for assigned clients
• Execute sales proposals and promotional plans at the point of sale
• Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships with key stakeholders and buyers
• Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, purchase targets, and coverage targets
• Oversee the distributor’s sales force and provide direction for sales promoters
• Manage sales budgets, deflator allocations, and accounts receivable portfolios
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and pricing behavior to identify opportunities
• Ensure adequate inventory availability across all assigned accounts

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the indirect channel
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of regional market geography for effective field execution
• Experience in supervision, sales, and market research
