About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop professional relationships with customers to optimize base sales, NPD, and promotions
  • Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities and point-of-buying material placement
  • Deliver field KPIs and achieve annual sales objectives
  • Report on all field activities and retail visibility

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG or CPG industry
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate perseverance in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
