About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop professional relationships with customers to optimize base sales, NPD, and promotions
- Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques
- Implement and monitor promotional activities and point-of-buying material placement
- Deliver field KPIs and achieve annual sales objectives
- Report on all field activities and retail visibility
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG or CPG industry
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate perseverance in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
