About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact to build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
  • Manage and develop client accounts to initiate new business and generate referrals
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and sales metrics set by leadership
  • Develop design mood boards for clients and provide solutions based on their specific needs
  • Forecast and track key account metrics while communicating progress to upper management
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions through coordination with internal teams
  • Travel to key clients within the assigned territory for face-to-face meetings every 6-8 weeks

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional sales experience
  • Proven track record in account management and achieving year-over-year sales metrics
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel to client sites every 6-8 weeks
