About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound sales to new partnership opportunities and prospective partners to build a network of gatekeepers, including law firms, M&A attorneys, and real estate developers
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key ecosystem partners
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for new clients referred by partners
  • Deliver agreed sales and revenue targets
  • Analyze complex deal structures to recommend tailored escrow and paying agency solutions
  • Collaborate with onboarding, legal, and mid-office teams to ensure seamless deal execution

Requirements

  • Previous experience in escrow services
  • Proven experience selling into or partnering with law firms
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to build rapport easily
  • A genuine interest in real estate markets and M&A
