About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales to new partnership opportunities and prospective partners to build a network of gatekeepers, including law firms, M&A attorneys, and real estate developers
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key ecosystem partners
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for new clients referred by partners
- Deliver agreed sales and revenue targets
- Analyze complex deal structures to recommend tailored escrow and paying agency solutions
- Collaborate with onboarding, legal, and mid-office teams to ensure seamless deal execution
Requirements
- Previous experience in escrow services
- Proven experience selling into or partnering with law firms
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to build rapport easily
- A genuine interest in real estate markets and M&A
