Key Account Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop business strategies for key distributor clients to build sustainable, long-term institutional relationships.
• Implement integral solutions and account plans to meet client needs across various business divisions.
• Coordinate account administration, including offers, contracts, advances, bonds, guarantees, and credit lines.
• Oversee billing, collections, and special orders/deliveries to ensure correct account management.
• Negotiate and contract cement, white cement, mortar, and high-value services while mitigating business risks.
• Apply OH&S policies and procedures to ensure safety and risk anticipation in all client projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in the construction sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial sales.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).
• Intermediate knowledge of cement and concrete technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Administration or Construction.
