Key Account Commercial Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Key Account Manager to oversee all account activities
• Assist in the development of Veolia solutions for the data center market
• Monitor and optimize contract performance at the plant level
• Drive adoption of innovative digital solutions within customer sites
• Identify and implement automation improvements
• Conduct business reviews and KPI meetings with customer decision-makers
• Serve as a water champion and liaison for customers within the organization
• Maintain project trackers and provide regular stakeholder updates
• Facilitate proposal requests for data center aligned installations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Biology, or Chemistry
• 8-15+ years of experience with water treatment products, services, and technologies
• Strong influencing skills and ability to thrive in a matrix environment
• Excellent problem-solving and listening skills
• Ability to work across functional and organizational boundaries

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of markets, processes, and equipment related to data centers
