About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint business plans with assigned customers to deliver turnover targets
- Manage category P&L, annual budgets, and trade investment allocation
- Build strategic customer partnerships and lead negotiations on trade terms and commitments
- Create growth plans for existing categories and emerging customer groups
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category Development, and Field Operations
- Monitor customer performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Customer Development, Account Management, Customer Marketing, Trade Category Management, or Field Sales
- Experience in customer-facing or brand-building roles
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix environment
