About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with assigned customers to deliver turnover targets
  • Manage category P&L, annual budgets, and trade investment allocation
  • Build strategic customer partnerships and lead negotiations on trade terms and commitments
  • Create growth plans for existing categories and emerging customer groups
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category Development, and Field Operations
  • Monitor customer performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in Customer Development, Account Management, Customer Marketing, Trade Category Management, or Field Sales
  • Experience in customer-facing or brand-building roles
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix environment
