Key Account Assistant Manager – Retail Sales

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business relationships with key accounts
• Drive sell-in growth and support sellout acceleration through promotions and visibility initiatives
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and account development plans
• Monitor customer outstanding balances (AR) and coordinate with Finance for timely collections
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams for smooth order fulfillment
• Handle PO tracking, pricing validation, promotional documentation, and rebate tracking
• Coordinate implementation of displays, POSM, and promotional campaigns
• Analyze sellout performance and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and account performance updates

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Retail Sales, or Modern Trade
• Experience in home appliances, electronics, FMCG durable goods, or premium consumer brands
• Strong understanding of modern trade operations and negotiation
• Proficiency in sell-in/sellout analysis, AR tracking, and forecasting
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
