Key Account Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned client fleets and accounts.
• Manage and resolve delinquent invoices to minimize aging and financial risk.
• Conduct root cause analysis on invoice and purchase order discrepancies using internal and external systems.
• Monitor account activity and analyze data trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with dealerships, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational and financial issues.
• Support sales teams through reporting, data analysis, and identification of growth opportunities.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training on program processes and tools.
• Manage client inquiries and complaints via phone and email, focusing on timely resolution.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in Account Resolution, Sales Support, or Customer/Dealer Support.
• Proficiency in Salesforce case management and Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with Pivot Tables and XLookup.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying root causes.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and coaching others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French-Canadian is a plus.
• Experience with external procurement systems such as Coupa, Oracle, Taulia, or TradeCentric.
• Experience using MS Great Plains or similar ERP systems.
