Kellstadt Endowed Chair of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active, high-impact research program and collaborate with departmental faculty.
• Teach MARK 4110 – Marketing Management (senior capstone) and other courses aligned with expertise.
• Organize the annual Kellstadt Lecture, a high-visibility event featuring nationally recognized speakers.
• Contribute to college and departmental service, including governance and faculty development.
• Engage in student mentoring and academic advising at the undergraduate level.
• Design and deliver high-quality instruction using case-based and experiential learning methods.

Requirements

• Earned doctorate or a terminal degree.
• Demonstrated potential for teaching excellence.
• High quality research potential and a strong research record.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Marketing or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited institution.
• Established record of scholarly achievement with sustained publications in leading marketing journals.
• Experience teaching marketing at the university level with a student-centered approach.
• Ability to contribute to the department’s core teaching needs and capstone courses.
• Industry experience is welcome but not required.
