KC 46 Support Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and technically integrate Integrated Product Support elements to support integration operations
• Support multiple Statements of Work (SOWs) within the KC-46 Support & Training Program
• Develop business processes, standard operating procedures, and oversee business operations
• Support proposal development, including technical descriptions and Basis of Estimates (BOE)
• Oversee requirements and ensure product delivery through various stages of the product lifecycle
• Apply knowledge of customer processes to shape Boeing technical, material, and support products/services
• Lead presentations and status reviews while monitoring the execution of support programs
• Support organizational growth and strategic planning

Requirements

• 6+ years of product support experience
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, program management, contracts, and finance
• Experience managing and integrating product lifecycle support activities (spares, provisioning, technical data, training, etc.)
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 or more years of related work experience
• Experience with commercial derivative, vertical lift, or fighter aircraft platforms
• Experience managing suppliers and subcontractors
• Experience interfacing directly with senior military officials and executives
• Background in the aviation industry or Project Management
• Military experience
