Responsibilities

• Assist the team with appointment management and administrative tasks
• Organize office processes and manage workflows
• Handle customer orders via telephone and email
• Record and forward IT issues and inquiries from customers
• Create and process customer offers and invoices
• Manage goods reception, warehouse inventory, and supplier orders
• Prepare materials (e.g., PCs) for service technicians
• Coordinate and support IT projects and internal/external events
• Represent the company and provide customer service and training

Requirements

• Abitur, Fachhochschulreife, or a secondary school certificate
• Reliable, careful, and organized work style
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• German language skills at a B2 level or higher
• Interest in customer contact and modern office environments
• Understanding of economic processes

• Knowledge of English or other foreign languages
