Karate Instructor

Responsibilities

• Teach and promote life skills through martial arts using ready-made curriculums
• Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Use a non-competitive approach to create a fun, stress-free environment
• Utilize positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success
• Follow the Karate Zoo Coaching Manual & Curriculum

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience working with children (professional or volunteer) preferred
• Availability to work flexible hours, primarily afternoons (3-5pm)
• Reliable transportation to travel to various locations
• Ability to engage and connect with children in a positive way
• Clean background check
• CPR and First Aid certification
