About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own overall P&L and growth delivery across priority digital commerce accounts
  • Define account strategy and growth priorities across marketplaces and quick commerce
  • Lead the Quick Commerce (QCom) agenda as a high-growth, high-velocity channel within the portfolio
  • Drive portfolio, pricing, and investment decisions aligned to platform dynamics
  • Anchor cross-functional alignment to enable growth at speed and scale
  • Build forward-looking platform partnerships that unlock long-term value
  • Scale quick commerce with speed and discipline while maintaining profitability

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital commerce leadership roles
  • Proven experience and exposure to Quick Commerce (QCom)
  • Demonstrated ownership of revenue and profitability (P&L management)
  • Strong commercial judgment and clarity of thinking
  • Proven team management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth, and high-ambiguity environments
