About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the overall P&L and growth delivery across priority digital commerce accounts
- Define account strategy and growth priorities across marketplaces and quick commerce
- Lead the Quick Commerce (QCom) agenda as a high-growth, high-velocity channel
- Drive portfolio, pricing, and investment decisions aligned to platform dynamics
- Anchor cross-functional alignment to enable growth at speed and scale
- Build forward-looking platform partnerships to unlock long-term value
- Scale quick commerce with speed and discipline while maintaining profitability
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital commerce leadership roles
- Proven experience with Quick Commerce (QCom) exposure
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue and profitability (P&L management)
- Experience in team management
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth, and high-ambiguity environments
- Strong commercial judgment and clarity of thinking
