Responsibilities

• Prepare economic bids and technical-commercial calculations for road and civil engineering projects
• Determine costs for construction services through independent calculations and price inquiries with suppliers and subcontractors
• Support operational units by creating detailed technical and economic estimations
• Consolidate individual trade calculations into comprehensive total project calculations
• Monitor calculations and the preparation of tender offers
• Develop alternative project variants and special proposals

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering (FH/TU) or a comparable professional qualification
• Several years of relevant experience as an Estimator or in a similar position
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with calculation software (RIB iTWO preferred)
• Independent, engaged, and entrepreneurial working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to assertively represent interests
• Ability to work effectively within a team
