Responsibilities

• Perform independent calibration of measuring devices and instruments for electrical and physical quantities
• Manage and maintain calibration data within specialized testing equipment management programs
• Create calibration instructions for standard testing equipment and develop procedures in software such as FLUKE MetCal or SIEMENS Calvin
• Conduct suitability testing for measuring systems and determine appropriate calibration intervals
• Support various departments with metrological tasks and questions
• Coordinate the shipment of measuring and testing equipment to external service providers or other Diehl Defence locations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant technical field
• Proven experience in the calibration of electrical and physical measuring quantities
• Strong knowledge of recognized industry standards (e.g., DIN, EN, VDI, VDE)
• Proficiency in using SAP and MS Office applications
• Business-level fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills, quality awareness, and a team-oriented mindset
