Kahua/PMIS Technology Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) with a focus on construction project management.
• Manage requirements collection and implementation processes for infrastructure and capital projects.
• Lead specific projects or workstreams within the Strategy & Transactions team.
• Collaborate with team members and build professional relationships to deliver integrated advisory services.
• Provide clear guidance to others and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, PMIS implementation, and requirements collection/management.
• Ability to travel up to 10% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kahua's construction management platform.
• Experience in Agile methods and tools.
• Proficiency in construction project management and SQL.
