About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive flawless execution at the point of sale across the 5P’s of merchandising: Price, Planogram, First Position, Dominant Position, and Presence.
- Ensure 100% compliance with promoter visit plans and enforcement of execution pillars including Distribution, Visibility, and Promotion.
- Lead the execution of Bacardi’s Local Commercial Plan (BIM) on time and in full.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term, win-win relationships and developing Joint Business Plans.
- Deliver results in both sell-in and sell-out through deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Track and analyze account performance to ensure forecast and budget delivery.
- Analyze market data, including Nielsen, SOV, SOM, and SOVI, to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align brand activation and in-store execution.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing Key Accounts within the FMCG industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of business impact.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting Nielsen/ISCAM indicators, SOV, SOM, and SOVI.
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate+) and Power BI.
- Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Excellent negotiation, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
