K-BOS Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Execute overall practical tasks for the K-BOS project, including platform development, facility construction, and external partner management
• Coordinate between internal departments and negotiate with external vendors
• Manage project schedules, issues, contracts, and licensing/certification processes
• Support the full lifecycle of building operations to ensure the project stays on track

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT projects, construction/development/design, facility management, building operations, general affairs, or consulting
• Experience planning and preparing reports for executives or decision-makers
• Experience managing administrative processes such as contracts, licensing, and certifications
• Proven ability to independently track and manage schedules and issues
• Ability to travel overseas without disqualifying factors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with smart buildings, facility management (FM), IT infrastructure, or construction projects
• Experience as a PMO or Project Coordinator
• Experience in complex stakeholder environments such as consulting, SI, or construction
• Experience negotiating and managing multiple external vendors and partners
• Experience in contract review and negotiation processes
• Proficiency with collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, or SharePoint
• Active use of AI tools for work efficiency
