- Implement curricula and activities to meet high academic standards

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Relentless drive to improve student lives and characters
- Commitment to urban youth achievement
- Ability to implement feedback from school leaders
- Mastery of and enthusiasm for relevant academic subjects
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of two years teaching experience in an urban public or charter school
- Valid State Certification
- Master's degree
- Prior experience working in schools or urban communities
