About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide younger athletes in learning volleyball fundamentals and game strategies
- Mentor athletes to build confidence and develop personal character
- Provide clear instruction and foster a positive, supportive team environment
- Ensure all training sessions utilize safe and effective methods
Requirements
- Demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and support the school's Statement of Faith
- Knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and safe training methods
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching volleyball
- Experience playing competitive volleyball
