Responsibilities

• Support operational teams to secure contractual commitments and manage legal or economic risks
• Analyze contractual risks in the early stages, including private markets, public procurement, and subcontracting
• Assist in the drafting and negotiation of various construction contracts
• Advise operational staff on decision-making and contract management during project execution
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters in coordination with lawyers and operational teams
• Handle insurance claims, including declarations, expert follow-ups, and coordination with insurers
• Conduct active legal monitoring regarding construction law, public procurement, and compliance
• Participate in internal training sessions and the deployment of compliance programs (Sapin II, GDPR)

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law (Business Law, Public Business Law, DJCE, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a legal professional within the construction sector or a specialized law firm
• Strong proficiency in public procurement law and private law applied to construction
• Deep knowledge of complex construction contracts, including joint ventures and subcontracting
• Proven ability to manage litigation, insurance claims, and sensitive files
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and negotiation skills
• Pragmatic, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
