Responsibilities

  • Draft and analyze complex contracts (group insurance, insurance for account, delegation contracts)
  • Implement and maintain models for conventions and contractual supports
  • Advise Seyna teams on all insurance law matters (new products, clauses, interpretations, compliance)
  • Actively participate in negotiations with strategic partners
  • Structure and manage compliance processes (DDA, fraud, GDPR, Sapin II, etc.)
  • Ensure sharp legal monitoring in insurance and contract law
  • Provide expertise on high-stakes strategic files and anticipate complex risks
  • Supervise a junior/mid-level legal professional in the medium term
  • Contribute to business impact by translating legal issues into concrete solutions

Requirements

  • Mastery of insurance law (individual health & disability, product distribution – DDA)
  • Strong skills in drafting and negotiating complex contracts
  • Proven leadership and ability to share expertise
  • Team player with a business-oriented mindset
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to varied situations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
