Responsibilities

• Support the negotiation and drafting of various contracts, including purchasing agreements, partnerships, and T&Cs
• Participate in business meetings to provide legal support alongside experienced lawyers
• Adapt and update contractual templates
• Conduct legal research and draft internal memos
• Provide legal assistance in pre-litigation matters
• Organize training sessions for business units
• Perform legal monitoring and prepare presentations on current legal developments relevant to the team

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program specializing in Business Law, Economic Law, or Contract Law
• Available for a 12-month apprenticeship starting in September 2026
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with rigor and reliability
