Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation and litigation files related to debt recovery (B2B and B2C)
• Advise operational teams on dispute resolution
• Draft legal documents and correspondence (reminders, formal notices, injunctions to pay, etc.)
• Determine and implement judicial recovery procedures
• Coordinate with lawyers and judicial officers
• Participate in conciliation and mediation meetings
• Provide legal support and advice to the User Department
• Conduct legal monitoring on recovery legislation and regulations
• Deliver training to operational teams

Requirements

• Master II in Business Law or Litigation Law
• Initial experience as a litigation lawyer
• Solid knowledge of civil enforcement procedures and consumer law
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce)
• Experience with credit management solutions (ideally My DSO Manager)
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
• Result-oriented with ability to manage priorities
