Responsibilities

• Provide daily legal advice regarding individual and collective social law issues to the HR and General Management teams.
• Support HR Managers with complex disciplinary procedures and sensitive personnel files.
• Conduct social audits and studies to secure HR practices.
• Draft practical guides, procedures, and best practices for the organization.
• Assist in the negotiation and drafting of company agreements and institutional documents.
• Manage pre-litigation matters by evaluating risks and preparing responses to potential disputes.
• Monitor legal developments and jurisprudence to ensure continuous compliance with labor laws.
• Design and lead training sessions on social law for HR staff and management.

Requirements

• 5 to 6 years of experience as a Social Law Lawyer within a corporate environment or a law firm.
• Strong technical legal skills with a passion for social law.
• Proven ability to combine legal rigor with pragmatic, operational solutions.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and pedagogical communication.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of service and curiosity.
