Responsibilities

• Participate in the management of social litigation before social courts, including individual and collective disputes such as dismissal contests and temporary work reclassification.
• Handle files related to workplace accidents and occupational diseases before the judicial court.
• Provide legal advice to Renault s.a.s. entities and French subsidiaries on social law topics, including dismissal procedures and employee representation questions.
• Draft summaries of court decisions.
• Create or update training materials for internal clients regarding labor law issues.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master 2 (Bac+5) in Social Law and HR.
• Seeking a 12-month apprenticeship (alternance).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with high legal rigor.
• Proficiency in English.
