About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the management of social litigation before social courts, including individual and collective disputes such as dismissal contests and temporary work reclassification.
- Handle files related to workplace accidents and occupational diseases before the judicial court.
- Provide legal advice to Renault s.a.s. entities and French subsidiaries on social law topics, including dismissal procedures and employee representation questions.
- Draft summaries of court decisions.
- Create or update training materials for internal clients regarding labor law issues.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master 2 (Bac+5) in Social Law and HR.
- Seeking a 12-month apprenticeship (alternance).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with high legal rigor.
- Proficiency in English.
