Responsibilities

• Perform legal monitoring and analysis regarding labor law, payroll, and social protection
• Draft legal notes and conduct in-depth analyses to support internal decision-making
• Support the HR community by providing legal advice and securing operational practices
• Assist with individual relations, including the review and securing of employment contracts
• Contribute to social relations by helping prepare collective agreements and managing professional elections

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree in Social Law (Droit Social)
• Previous experience (internship or apprenticeship) in individual or collective labor relations
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide operational legal advice
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
