Juriste Droit Immobilier/Legal Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal support for commercial real estate, commercial leases, retail, governance, compliance, and risk management
• Analyze, draft, review, negotiate, and monitor commercial leases
• Support operational teams in France and Spain with pragmatic legal solutions
• Contribute to coordination, monitoring, and administrative support activities within the legal team

Requirements

• Master's degree in Real Estate Law or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate
• Expertise in commercial lease management, drafting, and negotiating letters of intent and contracts
• Proficiency in French and English (written and oral)
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a legal department, law firm, or in a real estate/retail environment
