Responsibilities

• Support internal teams in developing product and service offerings, ensuring compliance with sector-specific regulations (e-commerce, electronic communications, consumer law, etc.).
• Lead compliance projects for OVHcloud activities in response to new sector rules, such as the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the Data Act.
• Manage pre-litigation (B2B and B2C) and legal disputes within the team's scope, collaborating with the Claims team and external lawyers.
• Conduct legal monitoring and analysis of legislative and regulatory projects to assess their impact on the organization.
• Participate in meetings with public authorities (ARCEP, ARCOM, DGCCRF, etc.) and respond to their requests.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and procedures, including the use of artificial intelligence.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Political Science, Law, or Compliance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a company, law firm, or administration within a relevant legal field.
• Fluency in both French and English (minimum C2 level) as working languages.
• Strong interest in new technologies and constantly evolving environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in a third language, particularly Spanish.
