Juriste Distribution & Négociations Commerciales

Responsibilities

• Analyze, draft, negotiate, and validate annual agreements and amendments
• Support commercial negotiations to secure company commitments and manage legal risks
• Advise operational teams and buyers on structuring and securing supplier relationships
• Manage sensitive situations such as termination of commercial relations and pre-litigation
• Draft and validate various contracts including service provisions, marketing partnerships, and commercial agreements

Requirements

• Higher education in business law, commercial law, or distribution law
• At least 2 years of experience in a company or law firm working with operational teams
• Strong skills in distribution law, competition law, and contract law
• Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities
• Pragmatic and business-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
