Junior Welding Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support incoming, in-process, and inspections of raw material and laser-cladded components
• Assist in the execution or supervision of NDT activities (PT, UT)
• Verify coating quality, surface condition, and preservation
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, release notes, and quality documentation
• Support documentation related to WPS/WPQR and ISO 3834-2
• Support handling of non-conformities and root-cause analysis
• Work with production teams to ensure process stability for Laser Metal Deposition
• Support process development trials and validation builds

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Welding, Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing or similar
• IIW qualification (IWE International Welding Engineer)
• Advanced Master in Welding Engineering
• Understanding of materials, welding metallurgy, and quality control
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Valid driving license (B)
