Junior Welder

Responsibilities

• Operate roller and spot welding machines and ultrasonic cleaners in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Perform welding operations and locksmith tasks using pneumatic, power, and hand tools
• Conduct quality measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and special gauges
• Work based on technical documentation and drawings to ensure compliance and quality control
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured parts
• Handle manual transport of materials using transport trolleys within the production hall

Requirements

• Technical or vocational secondary education, preferably in a mechanical field
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform precision work
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency in using measuring tools
• Good computer skills, including MS Office
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation system
• Communicative proficiency in the Polish language
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid licenses for operating cranes or overhead traveling cranes
• Licenses for operating forklift trucks with mechanical lifting mechanisms
• Basic proficiency in the English language
