Junior Video & AI Creator

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and storylines for short-form vertical and long-form horizontal content
• Prepare and execute productions including setting up and operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Explore and apply GenAI tools to support ideation and content production workflows
• Edit footage including cutting, color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics
• Maintain studio capacities and production equipment readiness
• Adapt and localize content using scalable and structured workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video production or content creation including GenAI content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, AfterEffects, or similar
• Hands-on experience with professional camera, sound, and lighting setups
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok content formats
• Strong understanding of YouTube-style content and formats
