Junior UX Researcher

Responsibilities

• Own assigned research tasks end-to-end under the guidance of senior leadership to ensure quality standards are met
• Manage day-to-day research operations, including coordinating between internal teams and clients during briefing and progress updates
• Design and execute quantitative surveys, discussion guides, and diary studies using appropriate methodological approaches
• Conduct data collection, log analysis, and qualitative synthesis to translate findings into actionable insights
• Identify patterns and trends across datasets to generate meaningful recommendations for the client
• Prepare polished reports and presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides to communicate insights through storytelling
• Utilize eye-tracking methodologies for driver safety evaluations

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in UX research, market research, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with quantitative survey design and sampling methods
• Proficiency with at least one statistical software package (e.g., R, MATLAB, or SPSS)
• Experience conducting qualitative research methods such as diary studies, concept testing, and usability testing
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
• Experience leveraging industry-standard methods for eye-tracking studies
• Strong analytical, communication, and active listening skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in driving safety or in-vehicle research
